I was expecting Clean Origin to have a wider mix of ring styles, but after clicking around for a while, everything started to look kind of the same. The filters were fine enough, but I kept having to explain what I was looking for over and over in my head because the options just weren’t really matching it.

If you’re into very simple designs, it might be perfectly fine. I wanted something with a little more personality, though, and I got tired of feeling like I had to keep justifying that, so I ended up checking other sites instead.

So the order showed up fine in the end, which is good. But yeah, the delivery took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking was kind of just... not very helpful. It barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Not the worst experience or anything, just felt average overall.

I do like the way this ring looks, and the diamond is nice and clear in person. That said, the setting feels a little lighter than I expected, especially for the price. I’ve worn it for a few weeks now and it still looks good, so I can’t really complain too much. Personally, I’d say it’s a decent ring, but not one that totally impressed me

Customer service got back to me fast, and shipping it back was literally not a big deal at all. The only thing is that the whole exchange took a few more days than I thought it would. Still, they handled everything well and I got the new size without any hassle. 4 stars from me.

They did help me out in the end, so I can’t say it was bad, but it took way too long. The warranty part was fine enough, just the follow-up and aftercare felt slow, slow, slow

I was pleasantly surprised by how many ways Clean Origin lets you customize a ring. I could choose the diamond shape, setting, metal, and compare different options without it feeling too complicated. It was nice being able to get something close to what I had in mind without having to go into a store.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did spend quite a bit of time clicking around, and a few of the choices felt a little overwhelming at first. But overall, the process worked well, and the ring turned out really beautiful.

I don’t know... for what I got, the price just felt too high. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I definitely didn’t feel like the value matched what I paid.

Like I said, the packaging was really nice. The box looked clean and kind of fancy, like I said, and it made the whole thing feel a bit more special

The certificate matched what I received, and all the paperwork seemed to be included. I’m not exactly an expert on these things, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but it looked authentic to me.
